Our answer: Please don't be intimidated by his size and hardness, this is normal and does not affect the use and function of konjac sponge. 

The second time you use the konjac sponge, simply put it in water for 2-3 minutes and it will absorb the water and return to its original size, becoming soft and porous again.

It can be hung to dry again after use to help keep it clean and extend its service life.
